Our Women’s 3.5 USTA Team begins practicing when the hard court is clear and this year the competitive season begins on May 5 and continues through mid-July.

Therapeutic Massage

Massage is an excellent health option to help alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular overuse and many chronic pain syndromes. It can also greatly reduce the development of painful muscular patterning, if employed early enough after accidents involving trauma and injury. Massage in itself does not heal. It merely creates the conditions necessary for healing. Massage therapists work to improve the circulation of blood through the body and to speed the removal of metabolic waste products from muscles. Their skilled kneading increases the flexibility of muscles, ligaments, and other soft tissues. Aspen Glen has three skilled Massage Therapists on staff to help relieve pain, reduce stress, assist in physical therapy, or simply to help relax tight muscles.

Personal Training

Having trouble setting achievable goals and sticking with your exercise program? Getting bored doing the same exercises each time you use the facility? Then maybe it’s time you thought about Personal Training. Experts agree that individuals who use personal trainers are more likely to adhere to their exercise programs and achieve better results in a shorter period of time. Personal Trainers not only design specific programs based on your personal goals, but they can provide motivation to keep you exercising. Some benefits of a personal trainer include:

Group Exercise

Group exercise classes are a fun and relaxed environment that can help relieve stress and increase your overall health. Presently we are offering classes in Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, FitBall, and Golf Moves. Swim Lessons

Swimming lessons available June, July and August. Private and group lessons available for children and adults. Schedule through the Athletic Department.
