Have you been to a First Friday event?  Carbondale, Colorado’s First Friday is truly top notch! Tonight’s First Friday’s line-up is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Tonight’s theme is “First Friday in the Carbondale Creative District”.  Art galleries and the Carbondale Clay Center will have their doors open. Spend time in the Crystal Glass Studio, Roadside Gallery, Kahhak Fine Arts, Strange Imports and the Clay Center.  Meet the artists over refreshments and head to the next gallery.

As a bonus, the Farmer’s Market is open offering fresh local produce from Roaring Gardens and local meats from Neislanik Beef.  Don’t forget the delicious Palisade peaches!

At the south end of the town, the block party is not to be missed. The Marble Distilling Company features Slow Groovin’ BBQ and music from Louie and The Lizards, a Roaring Fork Valley band. The Marble Distilling Company creates signature cocktails from it’s handmade vodka (filtered through Yule marble), Gingercello, Moonlight Expresso, whiskey and bourbon.  And, you can spend the night at the Distillery Inn.
