2016 Market Report – Aspen Snowmass – ebook

Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty compiled real estate market statistics for the Roaring Fork Valley.  This report takes a look at 2016 and 2015, side by side for the communities of Aspen, Snowmass Village, Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood Springs. Real estate activity in the community of Aspen Glen is included in the Carbondale report.  It is interesting to note that average sold price and total dollar volume sold for single family homes had double digit increases in the Carbondale market in 2016.
