The August 2016 Housing Statistics compiled by the Colorado Association of Realtors for our Roaring Fork Valley communities was just released.
A teaser for the Carbondale Report – The average single family home sales price increased 19.2% over last year. The Average Sales Price year-to-date last year was $720,610; same time this year it is $859,049. However, Days On the Market increased by 51.5% from 103 to 156.
